Define Internet and how its work?

Internet is a network Applications that connecting a computer to any other computer anywhere of the world via dedicated Severs.
 That means it is a global communication system where Computer Networks are introduced which uses TCP/IP .

Internet carries a large set of Information that is shared and used by millions of people worldwide. With the help of internet people are able to send and receive any kind of information such as social networking, video, Messaging, Online forums, etc.

 The information exchange between network devices or other communications medium is governed by rule that can be set out in a technical  specification called PROTOCOL.
 An internet protocol (IP) address is a numerical label that is assigned to every device participating on network .

How its work

Computer are connected to the internet as the  part of network .you can use modem or dail-up  connection to connect internet service provider (ISP).with the help of ISP you can connect  to the large network. The ISP handle connections of many browsers.


Consider a example , if you want view any webpage suppose www.actualstudy.blogspot.com then ISP server receive request from the browser .the internet server thus act like a host server so ISP server are connected to Internet server

 Lets these simple steps are performed to viewing a webpage
 1.      Type URL address on “address bar”.
 2.       Your Browser sends requests to IPS server
 3.      Your IPS server looks for the information in the database and Find the server.
4.     IPS server sends Requests to host server.
5.     The host server then sends the replies to your IPS server.
6.     Your IPS Server then sends the webpage to the browser.
7.     Browser displays the webpage on your screen.
